During my stay, I faced a car breakdown, and the staff were exceptional. They helped find nearby mechanics, and one even drove me there at the end of his shift. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, especially the waffles. However, the room I was initially assigned had a broken sofa bed, which was disappointing.

The king room was spacious with a comfortable bed, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, downloading and setting up Uber on my phone after noticing my taxi fare. While the location was convenient with many dining options nearby, the breakfast selection was limited. during my previous visit to houston, sleep inn totally exceeded my expectations. the staff were super helpful, even downloading and setting up uber for us! our king room was spacious and comfortable, making our shopping trip all the more enjoyable.
